Annie: Hadleigh, Essex, United Kingdom; Welcome to my blog! I advocate quick and easy recipes. I don't do posh and I don't do long hours in the kitchen. Why? There's always a good movie I must watch! My other hobbies include music, I'm an avid fan of Genesis, Phil Collins & Ronan Keating. My children were reared on Genesis. Yes, I hear you mumble something unkind about aging rock stars, sadly I'm an aging rock star fan. We all have our place at venues such as Knebworth but I've seen two or three generations, rocking alongside me and mine. Speaks volumes in my opinion for such classic bands. Young or old it matters not, we all like something nice with our cuppa - so have a go at the recipes and please let me know what you think. I can give you times and temperatures as determined by my oven. Please be aware all ovens vary, depending on fan assisted or not.
